1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by TechNisha LTD (Company No. 16839549). By purchasing any Digital Partner Plan, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services & Deliverables

We provide digital management, web design, and SEO services as outlined in your selected plan. While we employ best practices to improve your online visibility, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings (e.g., "Position #1 on Google"), as these are controlled by third-party algorithms.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Setup Fee (£199): This fee covers the initial manual setup, domain registration, and framework construction. This fee is non-refundable once work has commenced (typically within 24 hours of payment).
  • Subscription Plans: Services are billed according to the plan selected (Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual).
  • Business Tokens: Valid "Registered Business Tokens" may be used to waive setup fees for renewals. Misuse of tokens may result in service suspension.
  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services (including website hosting) if payments are more than 7 days overdue.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to info@technisha.co.uk. Upon cancellation:

  • Your website files and content remain your property provided you have completed a minimum term of 6 months.
  • If cancelled before 6 months, an exit fee may apply to cover the transfer of domain and hosting assets.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, you (the Client) own the copyright to the content and website design created for you. TechNisha LTD retains the right to display the work in our portfolio as a case study.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechNisha LTD will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit or business interruption) arising out of the use of our services.

7. Partner & Referral Program

Individuals participating in our Partner/Referral Program agree to the following:

  • Independent Status: Partners are independent affiliates, not employees of TechNisha LTD. You are responsible for declaring your own income and taxes (including UTR verification where applicable).
  • Commission Payouts: Commissions are paid 30 days in arrears and only on cleared funds.
  • Clawback Policy: If a referred client cancels or requests a refund within the first 30 days, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the Partner's future payouts.
  • Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate Partner status for fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of our services.
